After having some “researches” about Internet safety, I came to conclusion that the Internet is not yet safe for children. There are many websites and software that offer Internet filter but they may not be effective enough to keep children stay protected. Software must be installed in a computer and therefore parents and teachers cannot monitor when children surf the Internet through their friends’ computers or in cyber cafe.

Favicon is the icon of a website that appears in the tab of your brower when the website is being uploaded. Google has changed its favicon today in almost all of its pages. The old favicon was in capital blue G in white background, while the new one is small blue g with transparent background. I think people are more familiar with the capital G that denotes to Google, but why Google changed it into small g then? Anyway, this new favicon is much cooler than the old one.
